Sounds interesting. Let's see some actual gameplay if we want to form any kind of opinion.

If i get to punch superman in his annoyingly smug face then its possible im interested. But this misses the beauty of batman. Building the game around one character and really delving deep into what makes batman so cool is why the arkham games succeeded. Its why spiderman succeeded and why the avengers will most likely fail. Too many characters to build around just wont work. In my opinion anyway

I mean rocksteady's work on the Arkham games is top notch, and it sounds like they've been working on this game for a little bit. I'm definitely interested to see what new ideas they have. I personally don't think it's going to be anything like the Avengers game.

Might play this just to kill Superman. Can they just sell that one mission a la carte?

I hope the story is better than the suicide squad movie. Wb games like batman arkham trilogy and injustice has good story so I hope this game has it too.

I bet this game will look gorgeous.

I think this has potential to be something special, if it has a fleshed out single player campaign along with the online portion then I'm definitely sold.

I know the 2016 film left a bad taste in people's mouth but the source material is really quite excellent, the comics are very good imho. I know James Gunn will do them Justice and so will this game.

Interesting, from the picture I already assumed at least superman would be a target, I'll keep an eye on this one.

I'm hoping it isn't a 'Marvels Avengers' type game. I am hoping that it is a Single Player only game and a self contained title - not a 'game as a service'...

Anyway, I am looking forward to seeing what this, and the new Batman games will be offering...

I'm fairly stoked about this. Despite the film being crap, the Suicide Squad can be good. Just look at Assault on Arkham.

All I know for sure is this "i hate the Suicide Squad because all I've ever seen is the movie" take certainly gets old.

Isn't killing the Justice League not what the suicide squad is about? isn't their whole thing to do the dirty things that are necessary but the Justice League won´t do?

That's where I'm at, too. Don't really care very much about what the game's story is, if Rocksteady is making it, it's probably going to be fun to play.

@DualWielding Suicide Squad is an antihero-ish team but they're way more morally gray as antiheroes compared to characters like Deadpool or Venom. They don't concretely take sides on the justice spectrum though they are capable of cooperating with the law even if they are law-breakers

@Athrum There is a Bizzaro League, as well as numerous other supervillain organizations in DC Comics lore like the Legion of Doom, the Brotherhood of Evil and the Secret Six
